Full-time / Part-time

Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and community. Help clients achieve their goals through daily living support, personal care, and community participation.

What you'll do:

  • Provide daily living and personal care support
  • Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Support community participation and social activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Work collaboratively with the support team

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
  • Strong communication skills

Community Support Facilitator

Part-time / Casual

Administration Assistant
